We provide 30 days of return and full refund for products that are sold as “special offers”. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Custom orders are made based on the requests, and made in close dialogue with the customer regarding material selection, size and design.
To date, we have never experienced a dissatisfied customer, but if it should happen, we will always take responsibility for any mistakes made on our side, and correct / adjust accordingly.
If the mistake is on the side of the customer, for instance providing an incorrect size or date of completion, we will work with the customer to find a solution at the lowest possible additional cost
